- 4 onions
- ⅞ cup Vegetable broth (more if necessary)
- 8 fish fillets (each weighing 100 g, e. g. cod)
- 1 Tbsp Rice starch
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 3 Tbsps Madras curry paste (from a jar)
- cooked Rice (to serve)

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Mandoline, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Lid
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onions and puree finely in a blender with a little broth. Dust the fish with the rice starch. Heat the oil in a skillet and briefly saute the fish on both sides. Take out of the skillet. Put the curry paste, onions and stock into the skillet and mix well. Heat, stirring, then return the fish to the skillet and cook gently over a low heat for 5-8 minutes. Add more broth or water if necessary.

Serve with rice.
