400 grams fish fillets (Saithe, cod and redfish)

3 Tbsps butter
500 grams Spinach
Nutmeg
600 grams potatoes
150 grams Crème fraiche
100 grams Whipped cream
50 grams Mountain cheese
2 eggs

Preparation steps

Season fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Peel garlic and chop into small pieces. Rinse and spin dry spinach. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and saute garlic briefly, add spinach and saute for a few minutes, stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Peel and rinse potatoes, sliece thinly. Whisk crème fraiche with cream, cheese and eggs, season with salt and pepper. Spread the bottom of a greased baking dish with half of potato slices. Top with fish and spinach and spread with remaining potatoes, pour cream mixture over. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
