- 3 cups Pollack filet (cut into chunks)
- ⅔ cup shrimp
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup Mascarpone
- For the crumble
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup butter (cubed)
- 1 parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190C (170C in a fan oven) 375F, gas 5. Grease a large ovenproof dish.
2.
Arrange the fish and shrimps in the base of the dish.
3.
Mix together the mascarpone with 4 Tbs of cold water and the finely grated zest and juice of the lemon.
4.
Spoon the mascarpone mixture over the fish.
5.
Put the flour, butter and parsley together in a processor. Pulse together until the mixture forms crumbs.
6.
Tip the crumble mixture evenly over the fish.
7.
Bake for 35 minutes, until the crumble is golden.
