Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Cut mackerel fillets into bite size pieces. Peel potatoes, rinse and cut into thin slices or plane. Mix cream with quark, cheese and eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Layer potato slices with mackerel pieces in a buttered baking dish and pour cream mixture over. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
