- 4 fresh Figs
- 4 tsps lemon juice
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- ½ tsp ground Bourbon vanilla
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

Rinse the figs, pat dry and cut into wedges. Place 2 figs on a place and sprinkle with lemon juice.
