- 3 ½ ozs Spaghetti
- 1 ½ Tbsps butter
- ½ cup Feta (diced)
- 2 slices Bacon (cut into strips)
- ½ red chili pepper (deseeded and finely sliced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh Basil (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Lime zest

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until al dente according to the packet instructions.
2.
Meantime, melt the butter in a wide pan and fry the bacon. Add the chilli, then remove from the heat.
3.
Drain the spaghetti, catching about 1/4 a cup of cooking water. Toss the spaghetti with the bacon and cooking water, and carefully mix in the basil and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Divide between two serving dishes, sprinkle each with feta cheese and serve immediately.
