- 1 jar fava Beans
- 100 grams Bacon (smoked, cut into thin strips)
- 1 onion (sliced into rings)
- 1 red chili pepper (seeded and finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the bacon until crispy in oil, add the onion rings, chile pepper and beans and cook for about 4 minutes. Let simmer and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the pita bread in half, cut a pocket and fill with the bean mixture.
