- 10 ozs Fava bean (removed from pods)
- 2 ozs Pine nuts
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 8 ozs cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Fava bean (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze each bean between your thumb and forefinger until the skin bursts and can be removed. Cook for another 10 minutes and then cool in ice water. Set aside a few beans for garnish.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan, then put aside a few pine nuts for garnish. Puree the beans and remaining pine nuts in a blender and blend smoothly with the cream and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with beans and pine nuts.
