- 12 small Pita bread
- 1 kilogram Broad bean
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch ground Cumin
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 tsp gound ground paprika
- salt
- lemon juice

Preparation steps

Remove beans from pods.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and dice. Add the fava beans, olive oil, cumin, allspice and paprika to a pot. Cover with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) water and simmer for 15 seconds. Allow to cool. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste. Cut the pita bread in half and fill with the bean salad.
