- 250 grams Spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 3 clarified butter
- salt
- 1 head Endive
- 150 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Combine eggs with salt and Parmesan. Finely dice ham; mix everything with the well-drained spaghetti. Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Shape 6 portions with a fork, add to the pan and cook until golden.

Trim and rinse endive. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half. For vinaigrette, mix vinegar, salt and oil, toss with the salad. Distribute salad on plates, put two pasta cakes on each.
