If you would like to prepare the punch alcohol-free, you can either use a sparkling wine without alcohol or replace half of the Prosecco with mineral water with carbonic acid and light grape juice

1 small Galia melon
1 small honeydew melon
½ Watermelon
2 Elderflower stem
4 Tbsps elderflower syrup
1 organic lemon
500 milliliters Apple juice
1 bottle cold Prosecco (or sparkling wine)

Preparation steps

Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Scoop out the pulp using a melon baller. Add the melon balls, elderflower stems, and the syrup to a punch bowl. Cut the lemon into slices, and add to the punch with the apple juice and half of the Prosecco.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add the remaining Prosecco. If you'd like, you can add a little mineral water, to taste as well.
