- 60 grams shrimp (cooked and peeled)

- peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook the eggs for about 6 minutes in boiling water.
Chop the shrimp and season with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Rinse the eggs under cold water to cool them and cut a lid with an egg topper. Spoon some shrimp mixture on top and serve with fresh buttered toast if desired.
