- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp medium hot Mustard
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 50 grams shrimp (cooked)
- Caper
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Hard boil the eggs, rinse with cold water, and let cool slightly.

Remove the top third of the eggs, and peel the portion remove. Carefully remove the yolks with a spoon. Mix the egg yolks with the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the mixture back into the eggs (using a pastry bag, if you'd like). Top the eggs with the shrimp and capers, garnish with the dill, and serve.
