- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 150 grams Feta
- 20 grams Chives
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsps milk
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 4 English muffin

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Cut feta into cubes. Rinse chives, shake dry and slice.
2.
Break eggs into a bowl, whisk with cream and a pinch of salt.
3.
Melt butter in a pan. Pour in eggs and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Do not brown. Remove and set aside.
4.
Cut muffins in half and toast. Combine chives, tomatoes and feta with scrambled eggs and spread onto muffin bottoms. Add muffin top and serve immediately.
