Preparation steps

1.

Cut each chicken breast diagonally into 3 equally sized pieces. Cut prosciutto slices crosswise. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and spread each with 1 ham slice and 2 sage leaves, secure with toothpicks.

Heat oil and butter in a pan and cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side. Arrange on plates and serve.
