- 800 grams Chicken breasts
- 500 grams Greek yogurt
- 2 large Apple (such as Jonagold or Golden Delicious)
- 3 centimeters ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 dried Pepperoncini (grated)
- 2 tsps Turmeric
- Curry (to taste)
- Cumin
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- Sea salt

- Apple (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper. Peel apples, quarter, core and grate finely.

Heat oil in a frying pan, saute chicken and add grated apples, ginger, chillies, turmeric, curry and saute together for 3-4 minutes.

Add a little bit of water, loosen the browned bits from the bottom of a pan and stir in yogurt. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Garnish with apple slices and serve accompanied by rice.
