800 grams Chicken breasts
500 grams Greek yogurt
2 large Apple (such as Jonagold or Golden Delicious)
3 centimeters ginger (freshly grated)
1 dried Pepperoncini (grated)
2 tsps Turmeric
Curry (to taste)
Cumin
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
Sea salt

Apple (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper. Peel apples, quarter, core and grate finely.

2.

Heat oil in a frying pan, saute chicken and add grated apples, ginger, chillies, turmeric, curry and saute together for 3-4 minutes. 

3.

Add a little bit of water, loosen the browned bits from the bottom of a pan and stir in yogurt. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Garnish with apple slices and serve accompanied by rice.
