1 duck leg (about 300 grams or approximately 1/2 lb)
2 scallions
1 red Bell pepper
1 chili pepper
1 garlic clove
100 grams Swiss chard
150 grams fresh, ripe Pineapple
150 milliliters chicken stock
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
Light soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

Toast sesame seeds in a hot, dry skillet (or wok).

Rinse duck, pat dry (remove the skin if desired) and cut into slices.

Rinse and trim scallions and cut diagonally into 2 cm (3/4 inch) long pieces.

Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into cubes.

Cut chile pepper into thin rings.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

Rinse swiss chard, trim and cut into strips.

Cut pineapple into cubes.

In a wok with hot oil, fry the duck breast. Add bell pepper, chile, garlic and honey. Pour in the stock and cook, stirring, about 4 minutes. Mix in the swiss chard, pineapple, and honey. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water and add to sauce. Cook to thicken. Season with sesame oil and soy sauce. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
