Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 100°C (approximately 215°F).

Rinse the apples, pat dry, and cut into thin slices. Mix the apples with the lemon juice and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 3-4 hours, using a spoon or other instrument to prop the oven door open slightly. Turn the apples occasionally during the cooking time.

Place the apples in a cup and serve.
