40 grams melted butter (for drizzling)
2 garlic cloves
3 sprigs rosemary
4 bay leaves
4 Pork cutlets (each 180-200 grams)

2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse apples, place a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with a little butter and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, remove half the needles and coarsely chop along with bay leaves.

Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan and sear pork chop on both sides. Reduce heat, add chopped herbs, spices and garlic. Melt butter in a pan and cook the pork chops completely. 

4.

To serve, arrange baked apples on warmed plates, place pork chops on top and garnish with remaining rosemary.
