Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and coarsely chop. Place cucumber pieces with lemon juice in a blender and puree finely. Add liquid whey and briefly puree together.

2.

Season with sea salt, pepper and oil. Mix again by blending for several seconds and pour into a glass for serving. Serve garnished with cucumber slices and dill.
