1 Kitchen scale, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Teaspoon, 2 Bowls, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Mini food processor oder großes Messer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Immersion blender oder Gabel, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 kleine Loaf pan (ca. 8x22 cm), 1 Brush, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Wooden skewer, 1 Small bowl

Preparation steps

Beat together the cheese, cream, salt and watercress.
2.
Spread the mixture on 12 slices of bread. Place the cucumber slices on top.
3.
Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently together. Cut into triangles and place on a serving plate.
