Preparation steps

1.

Peel and halve the cucumber. Remove the seeds and mash finely with the vegetable broth. Rinse and dry the lime. Cut into 6 quarters, then squeeze the remaining lime half.

Rinse and dry the herbs, then finely chop. Mix the yogurt and herbs into the cucumber mixture. Season with 1 tablespoon of lime juice, the salt, and the pepper. Divide into 6 glasses.

3.

Froth the milk, and use to top the glasses. Garnish with lime wedges, and serve.
