300 grams green Beans

lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice the cucumbers. Rinse beans and blanch in boiling salt water for 8 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Halve and de-pit the olives.

2.

Mix the beans, cucumbers and olives in a bowl with 5 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoned with plenty of salt and pepper. Serve with grilled fish and garnished with parsley.
