Preparation steps

1.

Separate the individual leaves of lettuce. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the the oil and vinegar. Season to taste with the herb salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix the oil mixture into the cucumber slices, and stir until thoroughly combined. 

2.

Place the lettuce leaves into 4 bowls. Top with the cucumber salad, and serve.
