fresh Fresh herbs (such as borage, arugula, chives, parsley)
60 grams
4 tablespoons
4 slices
freshly ground Pepper
Edible flower for garnishing (Daisies, borage)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely.

2.

Whisk butter with quark until creamy and add herbs. Spread mixture onto bread slices and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with edible flowers and serve.
