- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
- ½ cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup Milk chocolate (coarsely chopped)
- For Chocolate Topping
- ½ cup Dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
- ⅓ cup Macadamia Nuts (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C | 350F | gas 4.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, s together until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time; add vanilla and cinnamon.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and slowly stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the macadamia nuts, raisins and chocolate.

Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until just golden brown. Cool on the cookie sheet for several minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Melt the chopped chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Stirring frequently until chocolate is smooth and creamy. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cooled cookie and dust with finely chopped macadamia nuts. Allow the chocolate to set. Serve.
