Chocoholics beware: Dark chocolate contains so-called catechins, which can strengthen our immune system and prevent inflammation. And in contrast to cornflakes, spelt flakes still allow fibre to be absorbed by the nibbles!
You can give free rein to your creativity with this crunchy chocolate confectionery! How about pistachio nuts, chopped almonds or walnuts?
