200 grams Milk chocolate couveture
200 grams Dark couverture chocolate
100 grams Puffed rice
100 grams gluten-free Corn flakes

Preparation steps

Chop the chocolates coarsely and melt together over a hot water bath. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Put the corn flakes and puffed rice in two separate bowls.

Divide the melted chocolate between the bowls and stir gently to coat the cereal. Use a tablespoon to drop small mounds on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and leave to cool.

Once cooled, transfer to candy papers and serve.
