Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and slice the peppers. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil, then add the peppers and cook briefly. Use a toaster to toast the bread.

Peel the egg, and separate the white and yolk. Chop the egg white. Top the bread with the pepper slices, and the oil that it was cooked in. Sprinkle with the chopped egg white. Crumble the egg yolk over the bread. Season with salt, and garnish with the parsley.
