Spring onions, which are rich in vitamin C, contain essential mustard oils, including allyl legume oil, which strengthens the intestinal flora and thus ensures good resistance. Also beneficial for protection against impending colds: The secondary plant substance allicin can render germs in the mouth harmless and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Crayfish are a rather exotic ingredient and probably not available everywhere - in order not to have to give up the pleasure of these snacks, frozen or fresh shrimps can help.

- 12 slices Ciabatta (or baguette)
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 350 grams crayfish
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Dill
- lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Dill (for garnish)
Preparation steps
Preheat the broiler.
Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet. Toast under the broiler until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Rinse, trim, and slice the scallions. Mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix in the crawfish and dill. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread onto the toasted bread.
Serve garnished with the dill.
