300 grams cooked shrimp
3 Tbsps lemon juice
6 Tbsps olive oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the crawfish and shrimp, and drain well. Mix the lemon juice with the oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

2.

Add the shrimp and crawfish to the vinaigrette, and marinate for about 30 minutes. Fill the salad into empty, cleaned eggshells and garnish with the watercress if you'd like.
