- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams Goat cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Place tomatoes on baguette slices and brush with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F), about 8 minutes. Serve sprinkled with crumbled goat cheese.
