8 slices Ciabatta
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams Goat cheese
1 handful Basil
½ lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

3.

Place the ciabatta slices on a wire rack, and toast until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oven and rub both sides with the cut surfaces of the halved garlic cloves. Drizzle with a little oil, then top with the goat cheese. Place the tomatoes and basil on the crostini. Top with the lemon juice and oil, garnish with freshly ground pepper, and serve.
