- Ingredients
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 400 grams polynuclear Oats
- 30 grams Almond slivers
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 40 grams Pumpkin seed
- 3 Tbsps Shelled pistachio (or shelled walnuts)
- 3 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 3 Tbsps water
- 60 grams Fresh herbs (chopped cranberries)
- 40 grams Fresh herbs (chopped apricots)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 130°C convection (approximately 275°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2.
Melt butter in a pot. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except for the cranberries and apricots. Stir in melted butter. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheets and bake until golden-brown, turning several times, about 35 minutes. Let granola cool. Mix in dried fruit. Pour granola into a large, decorative glass jar and tie with ribbon and a candy cane.
