400 grams polynuclear Oats
30 grams Almond slivers
½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
40 grams Pumpkin seed
3 Tbsps Shelled pistachio (or shelled walnuts)
3 Tbsps Maple syrup
3 Tbsps water
60 grams Fresh herbs (chopped cranberries)
40 grams Fresh herbs (chopped apricots)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 130°C convection (approximately 275°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a pot. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except for the cranberries and apricots. Stir in melted butter. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheets and bake until golden-brown, turning several times, about 35 minutes. Let granola cool. Mix in dried fruit. Pour granola into a large, decorative glass jar and tie with ribbon and a candy cane.
