- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 60 grams Potato chip
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Stick chicken strips on 8 wooden skewers. Mix honey in a bowl with lemon juice and oil and season with pepper. Brush chicken skewers with honey mixture.

Coarsely crumble chips. Roll chicken skewers in crushed chips. Cook chicken skewers under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Turn occasionally as needed. Serve immediately.
