- 8 Chicken legs
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 600 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 egg
- 120 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp Dill
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse chicken drumsticks and pat dry.

Whisk eggs with lemon juice and flour until smooth. Add additional water or flour if needed. Season with salt and pepper. Dip chicken drumsticks into the batter and fry in hot oil (170°C or approximately 350°F) until golden-brown, 5-6 minutes.

To make dip: Peel cooked eggs and finely chop. Quarter tomato, remove seeds and finely chop. Mix eggs and tomato with dill, creme fraiche and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve dip with fried chicken drumsticks.
