- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp Fresh herbs (very finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 120 grams Whitefish (Alternatively, another fish roe)

- freshly ground peppers
- Crispbread

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop shallots. Mix together creme fraiche and sour cream, then stir in herbs, shallots, Dijon mustard and 100 grams (approximately 3.5 ounces) roe. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate. Serve garnished with remaining roe and crispbread.
