- 500 grams Cod (ready to cook)
- 2 slices lemons
- 1 cloves
- 1 Star anise
- 1 small Cucumber
- 3 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 50 milliliters lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- sugar
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 50 milliliters mild olive oil
- salt
- white peppers
- 1 small, ripe Avocado
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse cod, pat dry and cut into pieces. Place into almost boiling water mixed with lemon slices, clove and anise and let stand for 5-10 minutes or until done. Remove from pot, remove skin and cut fish meat into bite-sized pieces, removing all bones. Refrigerate, covered.

Rinse an dry cucumer, cut into thin slices. Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine rings. Combine lemon juice with vinegar and mustard, season with sugar, salt and pepper. Add olive oil.

Halve and pit avocado, peel and cut pulp into small pieces. Mix with vinaigrette. Add fish, cucumber, chile rings, herbs, shallots and garlic. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes and season to taste. Serve.
