- 1 ¼ cups mixed Berry (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 1 ⅓ cups natural Greek yogurt

Preparation steps

Purée the berries using a hand blender and then sieve to remove any seeds.

Divide the purée between two small dishes. Spoon the yogurt on top and serve.

Use 1/4 ripe mango, peeled and chopped, 1/4 ripe papaya, peeled and chopped and 1/2 small ripe banana. Either mash or purée and proceed as in recipe above.
