- 1 ¾ cups Organic Yogurt
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- ⅔ cup cream (at least 30% fat content)
- ⅔ cup Blueberries
- ⅔ cup Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry syrup
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2.
Beat the cream until stiff. Gradually fold into the yogurt.
3.
Sort, wash and drain the berries.
4.
Divide half of the yogurt between the four dessert dishes.
5.
Mix the fruit together and spoon over the yogurt. Drizzle a little raspberry syrup over the top.
6.
Use the remaining yogurt to cover. Serve immediately.
