- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped Nut (almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower seed
- 1 cup Pumpkin seed
- 2 Tbsps maple sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 18 ozs Greek yogurt
- 9 ozs mixed Berry (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- To serve
- Maple syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the oats and nuts in a dry frying pan until lightly golden. Put into a bowl and set aside to cool.
2.
Stir in the seeds, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
3.
Place a layer of the mixture into the base of 4 serving glasses. top with berries, then a layer of yoghurt. Repeat the layers, ending with berries.
4.
Serve drizzled with maple syrup.
