800 grams Salmon
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp butter
2 lemons
1 bunch parsley
150 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon, pat dry and remove any pin bones. Cut into serving pieces and season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking dish with butter and then arrange the salmon fillets in the dish.

Rinse the lemons under hot water. Cut 1 lemon in half, thinly slice then arrange between the salmon fillets. Finely grate the zest from the remaining lemon and then sprinkle over the salmon. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, finely chop the leaves and sprinkle over the salmon. Spread some crème fraîche over each piece of salmon and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 15 minutes.
