1 Kitchen scale, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 große Bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Piping bag mit Sterntülle, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Wire rack, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Tea strainer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and soak the lasagne sheets one after the other in sufficient cold water.
2.
Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and leave to steep.
3.
Mix together the cornflour and the milk. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the fish and add the onion and garlic. Quench with the wine, stir in 150 ml cream and milk and bring to the boil. Stir in the cornflour-milk mixture and boil again.
