- 250 milliliters Buttermilk
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 100 milliliters milk
- 1 Tbsp grated Horseradish (from a jar)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 generous pinch grated Nutmeg
- 1 bunch Radish
- 50 grams Daisy (alternatively, fresh herbs to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine buttermilk with lemon juice, yogurt, milk and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin sticks.
2.
Add half of radishes into soup and bring to a boil again. Add remaining radishes and mix. Pour soup into bowls and top with 1-2 tablespoons of flowers. Serve with toasted bread.
