- 35 ozs small, waxy potatoes
- ⅞ cup Mayonnaise (more depending on taste, or soured cream)
- 1 large Red onion (sliced)
- ½ bunch Chives (snipped)
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps Wholegrain Mustard

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Cherry pitter oder kleines Messer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
2.
Mix the warm potatoes with the mayonnaise or soured cream and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Divide between serving bowls and scatter with onion and chives. Add small dabs of mustard and leave to cool.
