1 Mango
200 grams ham
1 stalk Leeks
200 grams cream cheese (softened)
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
freshly ground peppers
Chile oil (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and cut into small cubes. Dice the ham. Rinse the leek and thinly slice the white and light green part. Reserve a bit of the green part for garnish.  

2.

Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and apple cider vinegar together until creamy. Stir in the mango, ham and leek. Season with salt and pepper. 

3.

Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with a few strips of leek and drizzle with a bit of chili oil.
