- 3 ⅓ cups Strawberries
- ½ cup single cream
- 2 egg whites
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps
1.
Wash strawberries and remove stalks. Put in a mixer and reduce to a pulp.
2.
Whip the cream; when it starts to thicken, add the sugar, little by little.

Fold the cream into the strawberry pulp.

Beat egg whites into firm peaks with the salt. Carefully fold into the strawberry mixture,

Divide the mousse into 4 dishes and leave in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
