½ cup single cream
2 egg whites
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Wash strawberries and remove stalks. Put in a mixer and reduce to a pulp.

Whip the cream; when it starts to thicken, add the sugar, little by little.
