roasted, salted Peanuts

fresh Cilantro (or parsley)

Preparation steps

Halve the avocado, remove the stone and spoon out the flesh. Put into a blender with the lime juice, peanuts, kefir, a little cayenne pepper and half of the coriander and blend finely. Fill up with milk and season to taste with salt. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with paprika. Serve garnished with a few coriander leaves.
