Preparation steps

In a saucepan, boil 250 ml (approximately 8 ounces) of water with the butter and salt.

Add the flour to the saucepan and stir vigorously over low heat.

Keep stirring until the mass becomes a lump on the bottom and then turn off the heat.

Mix the dough on in the pot until smooth and then move to a bowl.

Add 1 egg, stir the dough immediately until smooth, let it cool slightly, then stir in the remaining eggs one at a time into the warm dough. Finally, mix in the baking powder.
