- 250 milliliters milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 grams butter
- 75 grams Pastry flour
- 75 grams Whole wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Boil milk, salt and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Stir until a thick dough forms. Place dough in a bowl, let cool briefly and stir in eggs. Knead into a smooth dough and pour into a piping bag with a star tip.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Pipe mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
4.
Beat cream until stiff. Cut each pastry in half and fill with a bit of cream. Put pastry back together and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
